Refund policy

Your right to cancel

Everything we sell is made to order. You still have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive your goods. The only exception is items personalised to your own specification.

To cancel, email us at shop@monthendclub.com with your order number within that 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the cost of return postage.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you have sent it), using your original payment method. Your refund includes the standard delivery charge you originally paid.

We may reduce your refund if the item has been used or handled more than needed to inspect it.

Damaged, faulty or misprinted items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including postage. You will not need to pay to return it.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get something different is to return the item for a refund and place a new order. Contact us if you need help.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
